① Fish Tank
Circular cone bottom, double drainage design. Durable and robust, available in various materials and sizes.
② Oxygenation Column
Optimize oxygen transfer efficiency, and effectively dissolve oxygen into water up to 36mg/L DO.
③ Drum Filter
Mechanical filtration equipment. Removes solid particles such as uneaten feed and feces. Customizable filtration efficiency to meet specific needs.
④ Protein Skimmer
Decomposes dissolved organic matter and tiny particles in water. Low energy consumption, high efficiency.
⑤ Ozone Generator
Precisely designed ozone dosage effectively disinfects aquaculture water. Alternatively, UV disinfection can be used based on actual conditions.
⑥ Oxygen Generator
Stable output of high-purity oxygen. Adjustable oxygen flow rate. Issues such as low oxygen levels or system malfunctions will trigger an alarm.

FAQ
What’s the water source requirement for our RAS project?
1) For freshwater species, underground water and lake / river water sources all could be the options. Normally underground water is more consistent and therefore preferable if the water quality is good.
2) We would suggest to test available water sources to determine which one is good and how to set up in-take water treatment measures.
3) For marine water species, besides the available seawater, could also use artificial sea salt to modulate the water.
Which type of tank should we choose?
1) There are different types of tanks available for your consideration.
2) The PVC film + metal frame option is much lower in cost compared to others and is easy to set up, with a lifespan of 5-8 years.
3) PP (Polypropylene) tanks are durable (>25 years), make it easier to install dual discharge mechanisms and back-up oxygenation systems, but they come at a higher cost and have a longer setup lead time.
4) Concrete tanks are sturdy and durable (>50 years), offer better space utilization, and are also conducive to building dual discharge mechanisms. However, they are expensive and require a long construction period.
5) You may choose the type of tank that best meets your needs.
Can the system support both fingerling rearing and grow-out?
Our system supports all stages of breeding, including broodstock, hatching, nursery, and grow-out.
How to get our RAS project well designed from hatchery to grow-out?
First, we need you to provide detailed information about your project, such as the species of fish, harvest size, annual output, farming cycle duration, land area, etc. Our engineering team will design a solution based on this information.
How will you support us in setting up the project?
After placing the order, we will provide detailed project drawings to facilitate your basic concrete construction and system connections. If you have an in-house engineering team, you can proceed with the project setup independently.
If you require our assistance, our support is available. We can offer on-site installation support by dispatching an engineer to oversee the entire process of installation, commissioning, and training.
How much time needed for your company to produce all the equiments?
1)The production time for equipment is around 5-15 working days.
2)The production time for whole system is around 20-45 working days.
